Abstract: | As an employee of a large air line for a number of years, it is inevitable that I should have formed certain opinions concerning the air lines’ problem of safely navigating a number of aircraft on schedule. It has been my belief for many years that this problem is not peculiar to the air lines. Whoever operates numbers of aircraft on predetermined schedules is faced with the same problem. |
