Abstract: | Navigation is an immensely interesting subject, and any one phase of it could occupy us for a life-time of research and study. Unfortunately, however, a good many of our members cannot devote that much time and effort to the science and art that has become the hobby of many and the profession of a few. And while we are all interested in the broad scope of the subject, we are also more interested, each individually, in particular phases. |
