Abstract: | Abstract: Observational techniques and equipment are considered for a rocket moving freely, without thrust, lift, or drag, in a dynamical orbit. The lack of internal gravitation offers no problem. Observations of time, direction, distance, velocity require astronomical accuracy. Precomputation and automatic electronic computers are indicated. |
