| Abstract: | As a memorial to the late Dr. Samuel Burka, The Institute has formally established an annual award for the outstanding paper on the subject of navigation or space guidance appearing during the year in The Institute’s Journal. The award will consist of a certificate and a cash sum of $200 or the net income from a donated fund, whichever is the smaller. |
