Abstract: THIS ARTICLE DISCUSSES the outstanding work that the United States Power Squadrons are doing in teaching the public and the organization’s own members the art of handling small boats. Of particular interest to the members is the course in navigation, which has produced many first-rate navigators who proved their value in both World Wars.
