Abstract: | This discussion deals with the application of the Central Air Data Computer System concept to teh control and navigation of supersonic air transports. As a poitn of reference, tabulations of Air Data Computer accuracies nwo achieved in military supersonic aircraft are introduced. In all probability the Central Air Data System design, which will satisfy the air data requirements of the supersonic air transport, will be drived from these military air data systems. Since many weapons system output parameters and devices can be eliminated, a moe reliable, less costly, and more easily maintained family of systems will result. |
