Peer Reviewed

Abstract: Navigation in one of the oldest scientific specialties because in some form it has always been necessary for the implementation of man's inherent urge to move about his universe. Born of this necessity, the navigation science has developed as required to keep pace with man's increasing capability to travel-first on the earth's surface, then above and beneath the earth's surface, and, finally, completely beyond the confines of earth into cosmic space.
