SPACE NAVIGATION BY SELF-CONTAINED MEANS

Abstract:	The purpose of this paper is to describe methods useful in the navigation of space vehicles. The methods considered lend themselves to implementation onboard the space vehicle, hence the title, "Space Navigation by Self-contained Means." A comprehensive picture of self-contained space navigation can best be described by first defining what is meant by the terms space navigation and self-contained.
