Abstract:	What is the united states Power Squadrons and how does it relate to Navigation? Through a series of Educational Programs covering all aspects of Navigation from basic chart work to celestial navigation USPS trains not only a large number of people as pilots and navigators but also as instructors in the science of navigation.
