Abstract:	These are interesting times indeed. While some technological areas are at plateaus, new concepts for navigation and locating positions are arising with great vigor-from surveying immobile landmarks and areas, and occasionally moved off-shore oil rigs; to keeping track of executives and high value trucks; to the precise navigation of ships and airplanes; to locating satellites traveling five miles a second; and all other uses.
