Abstract:	I have been asked by the Editor to write a short article as I retire from my position as Executive Director. Colonel Emmett DeAvies, USAF, has been selected by a Search Committee, appointed by The Council, to relieve me. He was selected from 31 applicants and has the capabilities and background to make an excellent Executive Director.
