Abstract: | Ladies and gentlemen. I am very grateful for the opportunity to be here and to talk with you tonight. The papers that have been presented at this meeting are most impressive and the wide variety of subjects is ample testimony that progress in navigation is being as vigorously pursued now as it has been in the past. I have had the opportunity to at least look at some of the titles and I am gratified to see the great advances that we are making in the art and science of navigation, and that space technology seems to be the central element. |
