Abstract:	The following is a speech given before The Institute of Navigation’s January 1988 National Technical Meeting, by Webster B. Todd, Jr., of the Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association (AOPA). Mr. Todd discusses the application of Loran-C in the National Airspace System from the point of view of the general aviation user.
