PTTI Registration Information

Two Technical Events for the Price of One

Your PTTI registration includes access to the International Technical Meeting (ITM). You will be able to view content for either event, and will receive the proceedings for both events.

If you'll need an invoice at ANY point in the registration process, choose the "request an invoice" button below. You'll have the option to immediately pay the invoice, or to pay it later.

In-person Registration includes all technical sessions, access to the exhibit hall, ION meal functions and events, on-demand conference content, and proceedings. Make your hotel reservation first to save $300 on your conference registration (you must have your hotel reservation at the time you register for the conference; this discount cannot be applied retroactively).

On-Demand Registration offers access to all recorded on-demand conference content, paper downloads, and proceedings.

Registration Policies

By registering for this event, you agree to the Cancellation Policy, Photo/Video Waiver, ION Code of Ethics and Conference Code of Conduct, and Indemnification Agreement.

* Student Registration Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a student registration, you must satisfy all of the requirements below:

  • You must be enrolled in full-time course work in an accredited educational institution
  • You must furnish a current transcript supporting the claim of full-time enrollment
  • Registration fees must be paid personally, or via your educational institution (a business cannot be paying your registration fees)
  • The name of your educational institution will appear on your conference badge and on all billing materials, conference receipts, etc.

Third-Party Registration Process

To register someone else for the conference:

  • Log into your ION web account using your own email address and password. If you do not have an account, you'll need to first create one.
  • Click the blue "Register Online" button 
  • Choose "I am Registering Another Person" on the next screen
  • Fill in the person's contact information and choose their registration options
  • Follow the prompts to complete the registration.

To create a registration invoice for someone else:

  • Log into your ION web account using your own email address and password. If you do not have an account, you'll need to first create one.
  • Click the "Create/Pay an Invoice" button
  • Choose "I am Requesting an Invoice for Another Person" on the next screen
  • Fill in the person's contact information and choose their registration options
  • Follow the prompts to complete the invoice.
  • Choose the Green "Print Invoice to Pay Later" option.
