Third-Party Registration Process
To register someone else for the conference:
- Log into your ION web account using your own email address and password. If you do not have an account, you'll need to first create one.
- Click the blue "Register Online" button
- Choose "I am Registering Another Person" on the next screen
- Fill in the person's contact information and choose their registration options
- Follow the prompts to complete the registration.
To create a registration invoice for someone else:
- Log into your ION web account using your own email address and password. If you do not have an account, you'll need to first create one.
- Click the "Request an Invoice" button
- Choose "I am Requesting an Invoice for Another Person" on the next screen
- Fill in the person's contact information and choose their registration options
- Follow the prompts to complete the invoice.
- Choose the Green "Print Invoice to Pay Later" option.
Registration Policies
By registering for this event, you agree to the Cancellation Policy, Photo/Video Waiver, ION Code of Ethics and Conference Code of Conduct, and Indemnification Agreement.
* Student Registration Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a student registration, you must satisfy all of the requirements below:
- You must be enrolled in full time course work in an accredited educational institution
- You must furnish a current transcript supporting the claim of full-time enrollment
- Registration fees must be paid personally, or via your educational institution (a business cannot be paying your registration fees)
- The name of your educational institution will appear on your conference badge and on all billing materials, conference receipts, etc.
