Pacific PNT Registration Information

Save $500 in Registration Fees: Stay at the Official Conference Hotel

Before registering, make your hotel reservation with the Hilton Waikiki Beach. Conference attendees will save $500 by entering their confirmation number from the Hilton Waikiki Beach at the start of the registration process. You will need your valid hotel confirmation number to claim this discount during registration.

Why has the cost differential increased for Pacific PNT 2021 if I don’t stay at the conference hotel?

Especially in the time of COVID-19, competitive hotels make it difficult for groups to meet their obligations to the hotel to secure the meeting room space required to host the meeting. Please support the hotel, the conference and ION by staying at the conference hotel. Read more about this on the hotel reservations page.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

All cancellations/substitutions must be received in writing or by fax at the ION National Office. Fees for written cancellations received on or prior to March 15 are fully refundable. Written cancellations received March 15 - March 29 are refundable less a $200 cancellation fee . This fee covers obligations incurred by the ION in making registration arrangements and does not entitle the registrant to any conference materials. Refunds will not be given for “no shows” or for cancellations received after March 29, however, full attendee substitutions for persons from the same organization that can assume the fees paid by the original registrant may be made through April 22 at onsite registration. We regret that individual registration benefits are not transferable. Email cancellations and substitutions to registration@ion.org

The credit card number provided at time of registration will be charged for all registration fees. Requests to have these fees refunded and charged to a different credit card will be assessed a $200 transaction fee.
