Mandatory Speaker's Breakfast

All session chairs and presenting authors (primary and alternate) are required to attend a speakers' breakfast on the morning of their presentation(s). If presenting authors are not in attendance, the Session Chairs will allocate your presentation time to another presenter. If you have not submitted your biography (50 words or fewer) through the Abstract Management Portal, provide it to your Session Co-chairs during the breakfast. This will be used to introduce you prior to your presentation. This is also the time that audio-visual equipment and the timing lights will be demonstrated. The Speakers' Breakfasts will take place in the Territorial Room (4th floor) Tuesday-Thursday mornings from 8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
