Before registering, make your hotel reservation with the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek. Conference attendees will save $300 by entering their confirmation number from the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek at the start of the registration process. You will need your valid hotel confirmation number to claim this discount during registration, it cannot be applied retroactively.

Third-Party Registration Process

To register someone else for the conference:

  • Log into your ION web account using your own email address and password. If you do not have an account, you'll need to first create one.
  • Click the blue "Register Online" button 
  • Choose "I am Registering Another Person" on the next screen
  • Fill in the person's contact information and choose their registration options
  • Follow the prompts to complete the registration.

To create a registration invoice for someone else:

  • Log into your ION web account using your own email address and password. If you do not have an account, you'll need to first create one.
  • Click the "Request an Invoice" button
  • Choose "I am Requesting an Invoice for Another Person" on the next screen
  • Fill in the person's contact information and choose their registration options
  • Follow the prompts to complete the invoice.
  • Choose the Green "Print Invoice to Pay Later" option.

 

Registration Policies

Cancellation/Refund Policy: All cancellations/substitutions must be received in writing at the ION National Office. Fees for written cancellations received on, or prior to, March 28 are fully refundable. Written cancellations received March 28–April 4 are refundable less a $300 cancellation fee. The fee is to cover obligations incurred by the ION in making registration arrangements and does not entitle the registrant to any of the conference materials. Refunds will not be given for “no shows” or for cancellations received after April 4; however, full attendee substitutions for persons from the same organization may be made through May 1 at onsite registration. We regret that individual registration benefits are not transferable. Send cancellations and substitutions to the ION National Office at registration@ion.org.

Credit Card Transfer: If an attendee pays by credit card, and at a future date requests to have these fees refunded and charged to a different card, they will be assessed a $300 transaction fee.

* Student Registration Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a student registration, you must satisfy all of the requirements below:

  • You must be enrolled in full time course work in an accredited educational institution
  • You must furnish a current transcript supporting the claim of full-time enrollment
  • Registration fees must be paid personally, or via your educational institution (a business cannot be paying your registration fees)
  • The name of your educational institution will appear on your conference badge and on all billing materials, conference receipts, etc.
