What's Included

Registration includes all sessions, conference meal functions and events, and download of electronic proceedings.
Individual registration benefits are non-transferable.

Before registering, make your hotel reservation at the conference hotel. Conference attendees will save $300 by entering their confirmation number from the conference hotel at the start of the registration process. You will need your valid hotel confirmation number to claim this discount during registration, it cannot be applied retroactively.

Registration will open in early 2027.

Other Methods of Registration

To register someone else for the conference:

Log into your ION web account using your own email address and password. If you do not have an account, you'll need to first create one.
Click the blue "Register Online" button
Choose "I am Registering Another Person" on the next screen
Fill in the person's contact information and choose their registration options
Follow the prompts to complete the registration.

To pay for a registration by invoice (for you or for someone else):

Log into your ION web account using your own email address and password. If you do not have an account, you'll need to first create one.
Click the "Request an Invoice" button
On the next screen, choose whether the invoice is for you or for someone else
If for someone else, fill in the person's contact information and choose their registration options
Follow the prompts to complete the invoice.
Choose the Green "Print Invoice to Pay Later" option.
Invoices must be PAID by the early rate date in order to qualify for early registration rates.
Invoice payments received after the early rate cut-off date will be processed with a balance due, and additional fees will be due.

Registration Policies

By registering for this event, you agree to the Cancellation Policy, Photo/Video Waiver, ION Code of Ethics and Conference Code of Conduct, and Indemnification Agreement.

* Student Registration Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for a student registration, you must satisfy all of the requirements below:

You must be enrolled in full time course work in an accredited educational institution
You must furnish a current transcript supporting the claim of full-time enrollment
Registration fees must be paid personally, or via your educational institution (a business cannot be paying your registration fees)
The name of your educational institution will appear on your conference badge and on all billing materials, conference receipts, etc.
