Additional Tips

Below are some additional tips on building customer anticipation and drive traffic to your exhibit booth

  • Include a P.S. on all outgoing correspondence: “We’re exhibiting at IEEE/ION PLANS 2025, April 28 - May 1, 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please visit us at booth #[BOOTH NUMBER]. For more information and to view the complete technical program, go to ion.org/plans
  • Add a footer/ signature to your emails: Set your email up to automatically add a message like "We’re exhibiting at IEEE/ION PLANS, April 28 - May 1, 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Please visit us at booth #[BOOTH NUMBER]. For more information and to view the complete technical program, go to ion.org/plans." Be sure that everyone in your company with customer contact does the same.
  • Make appointments ahead of time: Be proactive by scheduling appointments early. Your customers will appreciate the effort. Send out a list-minute reminder a few weeks before the show. Email or mail a message out to all your clients and potential customers reminding them to include a visit to your exhibitor profile and booth.
