Hotel accommodations for PLANS 2025 attendees are available at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek.

The Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek is a our newly renovated downtown Salt Lake City hotel, conveniently located near Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center and other popular attractions. After a day of sessions, take time to visit Destinations Lounge, the ideal place to meet friends and unwind with a cocktail or craft beer. Indulge in delicious dining at The Salt Stone, the hotel's on-site restaurant offering all-day dining and in-room service. Check out state-of-the-art gym, complete with cardio and weight training options, and kick back in one of the hotel's comfortable sleeping rooms with crisp linens, free Wi-Fi and Salt Lake City views. 

Hotel Rates and Deadlines

A block of rooms have been set aside for conference attendees until Friday, March 28, 2025 (or until the room block sells out), at the discounted group rate of $239 per night for single/double occupancy. Reservations made after this date will be on a space-available basis and may not be at the special ION rate. Please note that the room block does sell out quickly, so we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations early. Make your reservations by March 28, 2025 to qualify for discounted conference rates.

Government Rate Rooms

A limited number of government rate rooms are available at the prevailing government per diem rate night for single/double occupancy. U.S. Government rates will be honored only for for U.S. government employees travelling with U.S. Government travel orders and paying with a U.S. Government-issued credit card. Failure to provide these validations at check-in will result in your reservation being honored at the group rate. Government contractors and/or retired or non-active military personnel do not qualify for government rate rooms.

Save $300 on your registration fees by staying at the conference hotel.

All attendees who stay at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek will receive a $300 discount when registering for the conference. Your hotel confirmation number will be required during registration to claim this discount. This discount cannot be applied retroactively. Why do we do this.
