Description: System 621B is a concept for a global satellite-based precision navigation system designed to meet the requirements of land, sea and air military forces in an advantageous cost effective manner. One of the most important elements in this system is the user receiver. This report summarizes a series of flight and ground tests conducted at the White Sands Missile Range to evaluate the performance of a four-channel receiver in typical flight and field environments in order to solidify confidence in the predicted performance of System 621B receivers.
