JNC Hotel Information

It has come to the ION's attention that unauthorized companies have been sending unsolicited emails offering discount hotel rates to JNC attendees and exhibitors. Please do not book through these companies. 

Stay in an official hotel and save $300 on your registration fees.

Save $300 on your conference registration fees by staying in an official conference hotel. To qualify for the discount, make your hotel reservation before you register for the conference. Then, enter your hotel confirmation number on the registration form to receive the discount. Please note, the hotel discount cannot be applied retroactively; be sure to make your hotel reservation before registering for the meeting. Why we do this.

Hotel Reservations 

A block of rooms have been set aside for conference attendees at the prevailing government rate (currently $163) for single/double occupancy. These rooms will be available until April 30 or until the block fills up, whichever occurs first. Reservations made after April 30 will be on a space-available basis and may not be at the government rate. Please note that room blocks sell out quickly, so we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations early.
