Cost and Package

Exhibit space is available at a starting cost of $2700 for a 10' x 10' space and includes:

  • One complimentary full-conference registration with each 10' x 10' space (All additional booth staff and full-conference registrants must register at regular conference rates.)
  • A standard booth setup includes 8’ high background drape and 3’ high side draped partition
  • Listing in the conference program
  • One complimentary standard 7” x 44” sign listing company name and booth number
  • Sponsorship of the Exhibitor Hosted Reception

Exhibit Schedule

Installation Hours:

  • Monday, June 7: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 8: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Show Hours:

  • Tuesday, June 8: 10:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 9: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Dismantling Hours:

  • Wednesday, June 9: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Official Show Decorator

Convention Services of the Southwest, Inc. is the official show decorator for JNC. CSS can provide you with furnishings, displays, material handling and shipping information.
