Cost and Package

Exhibit space is available at a starting cost of $2700 for a 10' x 10' space and includes:

  • One complimentary full-conference registration with each 10' x 10' space (All additional booth staff and full-conference registrants must register at regular conference rates.)
  • A standard booth setup includes 8’ high background drape and 3’ high side draped partition
  • Expanded exhibitor listing on the JNC virtual meeting portal
  • Listing in the printed conference program
  • One complimentary standard 7” x 44” sign listing company name and booth number

Installation Hours:

  • Tuesday, August 24: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 25: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Show Hours:

  • Wednesday, August 25: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 26: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Dismantling Hours:

  • Thursday, August 26: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Official Show Decorator

Convention Services of the Southwest, Inc. (CSS) is the official show decorator for JNC. CSS can provide you with furnishings, displays, material handling and shipping information.

Important: 

It has come to our attention that a company/or companies suggesting that they have an attendee list of the Institute of Navigation’s (ION) Joint Navigation Conference (JNC) is trying to sell that list. Please note that the JNC attendee list is a governmental secure list and ION does not sell nor distribute that list to anyone. It is possible that these list companies may have culled a partial list of contacts based on our online-published program and crossed referenced those with other known email lists, however these lists have not been verified or endorsed by ION.  As always, we recommend “buyer beware” when using lists obtained from any third party sources.

Register Your Staff

All exhibit personnel working your booth will be required to be registered for the full technical meeting or to purchase an Exhibit Hall Pass Registration. As part of the exhibit package, each company receives one full complimentary registration for the complete technical meeting with each 10' x 10' booth purchased.

Why We Charge for Exhibit Hall Passes

The goal of show management is to provide our exhibitors with the maximum amount of unopposed exhibit time possible, to maximize face-to-face networking between our exhibitors and their customers. We do this by offering all of our meals and refreshments in the exhibit hall – you will find morning and afternoon coffee and snacks served exclusively in the exhibit hall, as well as a daily lunch buffet.  These meal functions are included in the cost of your exhibitor pass.

Expand Your Presence and Reach More Attendees

Expanded Online Exhibitor Listing

Engage and communicate with attendees through the expanded online exhibitor profile. This information will be available to all attendees who visit the online exhibitor directory. You can personalize your expanded exhibitor profile by:

  • Uploading a logo
  • Adding a company description
  • Providing contact information
  • Uploading electronic brochures.
  • Record an exhibitor demonstration to highlight your company’s product and services. This is a great opportunity to reach all attendees and to introduce your sales and engineering team. Send a link (youtube, etc.)  for your company video to mandrews@ion.org, and have it added to your exhibitor profile!

Access to edit the exhibitor profile is automatically given to the contact person on the exhibit contract. To grant access to additional individuals, please email Megan Andrews at mandrews@ion.org. 

To edit your exhibitor profile, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your personal ION web account (click "sign in" at the top of the page). if you do not have an ION web account, you will need to create one by choosing "create account" on the sign in page.
  2. Click on “My Account” at the top of the page.
  3. Under “My Exhibit Hall Profiles,” click on the appropriate meeting to edit your exhibitor profile.
