Additional Tips

Below are some additional tips on building customer anticipation and drive traffic to your exhibit booth

• Include a P.S. on all outgoing correspondence: “We’re exhibiting at ITM/PTTI 2025. Please visit us at booth #[BOOTH NUMBER].

• Add a footer/ signature to your emails: Set your email up to automatically add a message, such as, “We’re exhibiting at ION’S ITM/PTTI 2025, January 27-30 in Long Beach, California. Please visit us at booth #[BOOTH NUMBER] and meet our team!

• Make appointments ahead of time: Be proactive by scheduling appointments early. Your customers will appreciate the effort. Send out a list-minute reminder a few weeks before the meeting. Email or mail a message out to all your clients and potential customers reminding them to include a visit to your exhibitor profile and booth.
