PSAV is the in-house AV provider at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay, and will be providing exhibitor AV services for the meeting. The AV order form is included in the decorator's service kit, above.

All exhibit personnel working your booth will be required to be registered for ITM/PTTI 2019. As part of the exhibit package, each company receives one full complimentary registration for the complete technical meeting with each 10' x 10' booth purchased. Email firstname.lastname@example.org the name of your intended attendee to register any complimentary attendees. Any additional personnel will need to register for an exhibit hall only pass or for the full conference, using the online registration system.
The goal of show management is to provide our exhibitors with the maximum amount of unopposed exhibit time possible, to maximize face-to-face networking between our exhibitors and their customers. We do this by offering all of our meals and refreshments in the exhibit hall – you will find morning and afternoon coffee and snacks served exclusively in the exhibit hall, as well as a daily lunch buffet. These meal functions are included in the cost of your exhibitor pass.
Exhibitors can customize their online exhibitor profile by uploading a logo, adding a company description, providing contact information to attendees, and even uploading electronic brochures. This information will be available to all attendees who visit the online exhibitor directory. You may edit your online exhibitor listing by logging into your ION web account, clicking on “My Account” and then clicking on the appropriate meeting listing under “My Exhibit Hall Profiles.” If you have not yet set up a web account, you will need to do that first.
Important: It has come to our attention that fraudulent list companies have offered to sell ION conference attendee lists (both pre-conference and post-conference). Please be aware that these companies are not affiliated with the ION and we do not under any circumstances sell and/or rent our attendee lists. When available, ION will contract with a badge-scanning device provider and will make these available to exhibitors at additional cost. When badge-scanning devices are not available however, exhibitors are encouraged to employ their own contact and lead management collection processes.
