How does the ISO/IEC 17025 System Improve the Flight Inspection Quality in China

The flight inspection quality is an important factor to ensure that navigation equipment can provide safety guidance for aircraft. Quality management system (QMS) can standardize the whole flight inspection process and ensure the accuracy, validity and reliability of our flight inspection results. In China?Flight Inspection Center (CFI) has chosen ISO/IEC 17025 system, because the institution that obtains this system accreditation, not only proves that it satisfies the requirement of QMS, but also has the technical ability and can provide the correct technical result.
This paper will introduce the improvement of flight inspection quality by the 17025 system in CFI. Including: (1) Requirements of document control make management of flight inspection documents more efficiently; (2) Requirements of internal check ensure the continued effectiveness of the 17025 system; (3) Requirements of traceability make the flight inspection equipment traced to China National Institute of Metrology, which improve the accuracy of the flight inspection equipment; (4) Requirements of capability validation allow us to validate the differences between different flight inspection planes by comparing of flight inspection; (5) Requirements of quality let us establish the supervision mechanism, which ensure reliability of flight inspection implementation in each stage through cross check.
