  • Video is required for in person presenters wishing to be considered for best presentation in session awards.

  • If you submitted your abstract to the virtual program, but are now planning to attend the in-person meeting in St. Louis, MO, you can request to have your paper moved to the in-person program for in-person presentation in St. Louis.  To accomplish this please email Miriam Lewis, E: mlewis@ion.org, by August 20 with your request.

On the virtual meeting portal, each recorded presentation submitted will have a comment box for Q&A and comments from attendees. Authors will receive an email notification when new comments or questions are posted; authors should respond to questions in a timely manner.
