PREFACE

The National Aerospace Meeting was held at the Holiday Inn, Alamogordo, N. M., 12-13 May, 1975.

Papers were delivered during the first day and a half and the second afternoon was devoted to bus tours of the Holloman AFB range of Radar Backscatter measurement and to CIGTF.

Mr. George Quinn, FAA, was the Program Chairman. Session Chairmen were Mr. Donald W. Richardson, President Champlain Technology Industries, Dr. Martin Jaenke, Former Technical Director of CIGTF and Colonel Leonard R. Sugerman, USAF

The Institute wishes to acknowledge with appreciation the assistance given by Mr. Fred Ray, Jr., who arranged the tours, had papers filled in where we had two papers cancelled, sent a delegation from Holloman, AFB, to attend the meeting and arranged for Dr. Jaenke to chair a session.
