PREFACE

The National Aerospace Meeting for 1973-74 was held at the Air Force Museum, Dayton, Ohio, where the meeting was hosted by the Dayton Section of the ION.

Program and Session Chairman for the three sessions was John B. Harper of The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory. Arrangements were handled by Colonel Cliff H, Allen, USAF, Chairman of the Dayton Section.

Although the program wag shorter than usual, interesting papers were selected by the Program Chairman.

On Wednesday, 13 March, a delightful luncheon was held at the Country Squire and the speaker, Mr. Robert Quick, was both interesting and entertaining.

The Institute wishes to acknowledge with appreciation the use of the Museum and its excellent facilities for the meeting under the Directorship of Colonel Bernie S. Bass. It was an added treat for everyone to have the opportunity to tour the interesting and sometimes nostalgic exhibits.
