If you have previously signed into the ION website, but have forgotten your User ID or password, click here to reset your login information.
First visit to the ION Members Only site?
To access all of the online features available to ION Members, you
will need to register with the website. You may have received an email from the ION Webmaster announcing the new website. If you received this email,
use the temporary User ID and Password contained in the message to login. If you did not receive this email, or if you no longer have the email, you will need the following information to access the Members Only website:
- Your ION Member Number. This may be found on your ION Membership Card, a membership renewal letter sent to you via the postal service, or on the mailing label of the ION Journal NAVIGATION or the ION Newsletter . (see example below)
- Your Last Name as it appears in the ION membership database. This may be found on your ION Membership Card, membership renewal letters or registration confirmation letters, or the mailing label of any ION meeting brochures or ION Newsletters you may have received. (see example below)
If you are unable to locate this information, you may contact the ION Membership Services Department for assistance at (703) 383-9688, Email: membership@ion.org. Please note that you must be a current ION member to access the Members Only features of the site.
Once you have this information, you may login to the website. Your Member Number and Last Name serve as your temporary User ID and Password:
User ID: Member Number
Password: Last Name as it appears on ION correspondence
Please note that your Internet Web browser must accept cookies in order to access ION Members Only features.
When you login to the website, you will have the option of changing your username and password. ION recommends that you change your username and password in a manner that will be easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess.
