ITM 2009 Classified Sessions

Location of Classified Sessions
Classified sessions will be held at Boeing, Building 203, Second Floor, 3311 East La Palma Ave., Anaheim, CA, 92806.

Shuttle bus transportation will be provided between the Disney Paradise Pier Hotel and Boeing at 7 a.m. and at the conclusion of the afternoon session (there will not be any mid-day shuttles).

There is limited parking available at the facility. Drive-in guests will need to access the site via Bldg. 203, East Gate. A map will be available on site. Lunch will be provided.

Classified Attendance Requirements

1. SECRET security clearance (SECRET U.S. ONLY)
2. Visit Request and need-to-know statement
3. Photo ID
4. ION conference badge, paid registration fees

Security Clearance
The sessions will be limited to only U.S. citizens, DoD personnel and support contractors who possess a final SECRET security clearance.

Visit Requests
All Visit Requests must be received by January 13, 2009 and be approved by the Boeing Security Office. Visit Requests received after January 13 will not be processed.

Participation in this session will be on a first come, first serve basis based on the space available. Please do not submit a visit request if you do not plan on attending the classified sessions as this will limit availability for others.

It is recommended that personnel planning to attend the classified sessions verify that their security clearance and Visit Request have been received and approved by the Boeing Security Office prior to making travel arrangements. Note that it is not within the purview of the ION to intervene in the security clearance process.

Registration Check-In
Attendees must check in at the ION registration desk on Monday, January 26 to attend the classified sessions. You must be registered for the conference to attend the classified sessions (either a full or single day registration) and pay an additional $80 classified session fee (see the Registration Form).
