EXHIBIT SCHEDULE

Installation Hours

• Monday, Sept. 16: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, Sept. 17: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Show Hours

• Wednesday, Sept. 18: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (exhibit hall will stay open during reception set up)
• Thursday, Sept. 19: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Dismantling Hours
Dismantling may not begin until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, and must be completed by 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 20 (electrical power will be discontinued at 6:00 p.m. Thursday). Note that over-time hours would apply for union labor for those exhibitors who tear down on Thursday night.

Official Show Decorator
Convention Services of the Southwest, Inc. is the official show decorator for ION GNSS+ 2013. CSS can provide you with carpet, furnishings, displays, floral, material handling, banner rigging, and shipping information. To order from CSS, you can download the Decorator Service Kit .

REGISTER YOUR STAFF

All exhibit personnel working your booth will be required to be registered for the full technical meeting or to purchase an Exhibit Hall Pass Registration. As part of the exhibit package, each company receives one full complimentary registration for the complete technical meeting with each 10' x 10' booth purchased. Registration will open in early 2013. Use the Complimentary Exhibitor Registration Form to register your complimentary attendees. Exhibit Hall Pass Registrations and additional paid full conference registrations should be purchased using the regular online registration page.

Attendee List Request Form
ION GNSS+ 2013 exhibitors are eligible to receive an electronic copy of the ION GNSS+ 2013 attendee list, including e-mail addresses, three weeks before the meeting. In order to request a copy of the attendee list, please complete and return the Attendee List Request Form by August 23, 2013.
