Installation Hours

Monday, Sept. 17: 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Tuesday, Sept. 18: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Show Hours

Wednesday, Sept. 19: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., and 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 20: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Friday, Sept. 21: 9 a.m. – noon

Dismantling Hours
Dismantling may not begin until noon on Friday, Sept. 21, but must be completed by 4 p.m. (electrical power will be discontinued at 1 p.m.)

Official Show Decorator
Convention Services of the Southwest, Inc. is the official show decorator for ION GNSS 2012. CSS can provide you with carpet, furnishings, displays, floral, material handling, banner rigging, and shipping information. REGISTER YOUR STAFF

All exhibit personnel working your booth will be required to be registered for the full technical meeting or to purchase an Exhibit Hall Pass Registration. As part of the exhibit package, each company receives two full complimentary registrations for the complete technical meeting with each 10' x 10' booth purchased. Use the Complimentary Exhibitor Registration Form to register your complimentary attendees. Exhibit Hall Pass Registrations ($400 each) and additional paid full conference registrations should be purchased using the regular online registration page.

MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Make your reservations by August 15, 2012 to qualify for special ION GNSS rates! Reserve your rooms online.

RESERVE MEETING SPACE

Single Day Meetings: Nashville Convention Center
ION has reserved a few meeting rooms at the Nashville Convention Center for single day rental by exhibitors for internal meetings, client meetings, and/or private demonstrations. To reserve a meeting room for one day, please complete and submit the reservation form below. Audio Visual and Catering orders must be made and paid for directly by your company. Information on how to order Audio Visual and Catering will for these meetings will be sent to you in your meeting space confirmation. Contact mandrews@ion.org with questions.

Multiple Day Meetings: Renaissance Nashville Hotel
Exhibitors needing space for multiple days should contact the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, which is attached to the Convention Center. Requests for space at the Renaissance can be sent to Debbie Thomas, at Debbie.Thomas@marriott.com or by phone 615-493-4018.

Customize Your Exhibitor Profile
Log into the 2012 ION GNSS exhibitor directory and create a unique Exhibitor Profile for your company. Exhibitors can upload a logo, complete a company description, provide contact information to attendees, and even upload electronic brochures. This information will be available to all attendees who visit the online exhibitor directory – last year the exhibitor directory was viewed over 4,000 times!

Attendee List Request Form
ION GNSS 2012 exhibitors are eligible to receive an electronic copy of the ION GNSS 2012 attendee list, including e-mail addresses, three weeks before the meeting. In order to request a copy of the attendee list, please complete and return the Attendee List Request Form by August 24, 2012.
