FOUO Session Information
ION GNSS 2007 FOUO Sessions

FOUO sessions will be held at the Fort Worth Convention Center on Tuesday, September 25.
Attendance Requirements
- U.S. citizen
- Visit Request/Authorization Request and Need-to-Know Statement
- Photo ID
- ION GNSS conference badge and registration
The FOUO sessions will be limited to only U.S. citizens, DoD personnel, and support contractors whose attendance is related to their position or program.
Visit Requests and Need-to-Know Statements
All Visit Requests must be received by September 3, 2007, and be approved by the AFRL Security Office.
Prospective U.S. attendees must submit their Visit Authorization Requests and Need-to-Know statements in accordance with appropriate service regulations. Participation in the session will be based on a first come, first-serve basis based on the space available.

Please do not submit a visit request form if you do not plan on attending the FOUO sessions as this will limit availability for others.
It is recommended that personnel planning to attend the FOUO sessions verify that their Visit Request and Need-to-Know statement have been received and approved by the AFRL security office prior to making any travel arrangements. Visit authorization requests received after September 3, 2007, will not be processed or approved.
Note: It is not within the purview of the Institute of Navigation to intervene in the security process.

Attendees must check in at ION registration desk on Monday, Septeptember 24 by 7 p.m. to attend the FOUO sessions.
You must be registered for the conference to attend the FOUO sessions (either a full-registration or Tuesday single-day registration) and pay an additional $50 FOUO sessions fee (see the Registration Form).
Register for the FOUO sessions online, and submit your Visit Authorization Request according to the information provided above. Completion of one does not ensure completion of the other.
