With the development of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), more argumentation systems are under construction to meet extremely strict demand of high safety civilian aviation. Commonly the criterion of precision and integrity are realized by differential calculation and integrity monitor, both of which should take causes of pseudo-range errors into account. Ionosphere is the component in pseudo-range errors calculations that is the most difficult to model, especially in vigorous ionospheric activity condition. To solve the above problem, modern filtering technology is applied. [1] developed a temporal Ionosphere Grid Point delay prediction based on a framework of Kalman Filter, and [2] further extended the relative research to multi-constellation condition. However, those methods can´t work efficiently during ionosphere scintillation and storm period, when the measurement noise is time varying and its prior distribution is hard to model. [3] put forward one adaptive mechanism during filtering via updating measurement noise estimated by innovation, but the updating time is quite restricted for real-time implementation. This paper proposes an adaptive ionosphere prediction algorithm using re-sampling algorithm. Based on the modern filtering framework, statistical characteristics of innovation are estimated by re-sampling innovation calculations in a short time span. Then measurement noise is timely updated according to its relationship with innovation. Real data of storming time is tested to verify our algorithm.
