Johannes Kepler Award Nomination Form

This form may be used to submit a nomination for the Kepler Award.

The purpose of a nomination is to present a factual statement of accomplishment for consideration by the Satellite Division's Awards Nominating Committee. Collaboration in the preparation of a nomination is permissible and recommended. The award is intended to recognize an individual; group awards are not acceptable.
  1. Read the award policy and nomination directions provided with this application.
  2. Complete this nomination form and submit all required information. Submit all documents, postmarked no later than June 30.
  3. Submit the completed form with requested information via this website or send nomination form with attachments in electronic format to:

  4. We will issue a reply acknowledging receipt of your application. If you do not receive an acknowledgement of your application within a reasonable period, please contact the ION National Office to ensure it was received.
