Important Dates & Deadlines

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

Jan. 4    Electronic submission of completed paper formatted according to the sample provided (Microsoft Word and PDF file formats), submission of PowerPoint presentation (optional) and Release Form to ION National Office.  If you are unable to have your paper completed by this date you must send/fax a photocopy of your Release Form which will notify us of your intent to publish in the proceedings.   The original Release Form should accompany the final paper. Submission of your PowerPoint is optional, but if submitted it will be uploaded to the ION website and will be also added to the final proceedings as long as it is accompanied by the final paper. Presentations files not accompanied by the technical paper will NOT be included in the proceedings. Please save the files with your last name and session number. Example: A2-Lewis  

Jan. 4    Last day to postmark conference registration without a late fee.  Please Note:  Authors attending the meeting are required to pay registration fees.

Jan. 4    Have hotel reservations made at the Catamaran Resort Hotel, to receive the special ION rate of $179 single/double per night. Please be sure to identify yourself as an ION meeting participant.  The program brochure containing reservation information is posted on the ION Web site for future information.

Jan. 28-30    ION ITM 2013.  If you are turning in your paper late and desire to have it available for meeting attendees you will need to bring an original copy of your paper with you to the meeting, which you will need to submit to the ION's Registration Desk. Papers submitted to the National Office prior to January 4 will be pre-loaded to the web site for attendee download.

Feb. 7        No late papers will be accepted after this date.
