Aug. 16 Have hotel reservations made at one of the official ION hotels. Reservations may be made on-line at www.ion.org, then click on the Online Hotel Reservations link under the ION GNSS+ 2013 heading.
Aug. 16 Last day to postmark conference registration without a late fee. (Please Note: Authors who are attending the meeting are required to pay registration fees.)
Aug. 23 Submission of completed paper (in proper form), an electronic Copyright Release Form, and any updates to your biography must be uploaded through the Abstract Management Portal (AMP). If you are unable to have your paper completed by this date you must upload the Copyright Release Form which will notify ION of your intent to publish in the proceedings.
Sept. 16-20 ION GNSS+ 2013 Meeting, Nashville Convention Center.
September. 30 Papers and presentations for publication in proceedings will not be accepted after this date.
Submission of Completed Paper for Publication
The conference proceedings are intended to represent those papers which were presented at the meeting. Schedule papers which were not presented at the meeting, for any reson, will not appear in the conference proceedings. Alternate papers will be included in the proceedings if the author attends the speaker breakfast and the session and is ready to present if needed.
Papers not representative of the original abstract submitted will NOT be included in the conference proceedings, regardless of whether or not they were presented at the conference, and may affect teh acceptance of future abstracts.
REMINDERS:
- If you require a travel visa in order to attend ION GNSS+ 2013 begin the process immediately to ensure you obtain your visa in time to travel to the meeting. If you will need a formal invitation letter from the ION, please make your request at the following link https://www.ion.org/meetings/visaLetterRequest.cfm.
- If your paper must go through any kind of clearance process before it can be released to the public begin the process immediately to ensure you will be able to present your paper at the conference and be included in the published proceedings.
